Ours was a complex picture of hunting real estate in the Cushing, OK area.
None of the listings were ordinary. - All basically cash deals, each with considerable liabilities, which Robbie was very adept at identifying and analyzing from a cost/ benefit re: stated needs viewpoint - based on his broad experience related to various aspects of real estate/construction industries and knowledge of the area. Also, we were coming at this sale from distant locations and his availability and ready communications were a huge help. This wasn't my first real estate experience and probably the very best in a number of diverse markets. I would highly recommend Mr. Bartley to anyone entering a real estate transaction situation.
